You’re Invited.
Think Tank 001.
If you're here, it's because something you said about one of my recent essay stood out. I invite a small group of people from my community into the fold, to a private salon, where we go deeper on ideas, together.
Recently, I had a great conversation with a friend about my most recent essay on why personal websites will become the new social media. Thirty minuets into the call I knew I had to open this up to my community.
I’ve seen so many deep and insightful restacks on this essay I thought it might be great to continue the conversation with you, and with my friend.
The truth is most of my best conversations about what's actually happening in technology and culture don't happen in public.
They happen in small rooms, with a handful of people who are building through these shifts in real time; founders, creators, thinkers who are asking the same questions I am, just from different vantage points.
You’re one of a select, small group of restackers I’m inviting to move the conversation from a public space, to a private one.
I’d love to invite you to join me.
For this first one, I'm bringing in Arlesha Amazan.
Arlesha has spent 15+ years architecting personal institutions for Steph Curry, Dwyane Wade, and Jaren Jackson Jr.—not their brands, their businesses. The ownership structures and sovereign infrastructure that let athletes build equity instead of licensing their image to whoever's paying attention that season.
What she's built maps directly to where the essay was pointing and where I think many of us need to begin thinking about what life looks like online for us.
We'll get into what owned infrastructure actually looks like as a decision. How the athlete model translates to creators and independent thinkers. What monetization looks like when you're building assets, not just content. And what it means to own your IP in a world where AI can generate everything.
This is not a course or a lecture. It's a conversation—the kind that only happens when the room is small enough to be honest.
